A new permalink feature is now available. This can be enabled on a per organisation basis via Settings. Once enabled, the user will see a "Share" icon in the Enquiry Details Panel. This feature can be used to generate a permalink URL to a single enquiry's details with no authentication requirement. There is also an API available by request to programatically generate a permalink, which can be embedded in a third party application to provide permanent access to an enquiry's plans.
We are planning to add the ability for a user to request a permalink (a permanent URL) to share access to an enquiry. This permalink can be copied and shared with others. This will work like the anonymous view link in the feature service, however a permalink will not expire after 60 mins. We will also publish an API endpoint to request a permalink. This feature is scheduled for April 2022.

Hi Davood, for security reasons we don’t plan to allow permanent system wide anonymous access to customer data via a timeless token. We are considering addressing this requirement via a user generated sharing link on a per enquiry basis. This would give you a link that could be accessed into the future.
