Option to add arcgis layers (via REST) and WMTS/WMS

We would like to add custom layers via a REST endpoint to the basemap to put more accurate DBYD requests. Additionally, we want to be able to view the latest imagery via WMTS/WMS.

    Hi, you can configure the ArcGIS web map with any supported custom layers, such as REST endpoints, WMTS, or WMS. Then, you can add the web map ID into the SmarterWX Locate Teams module to incorporate a custom basemap.
