Show recent enquiries in create mode

Display recent enquiries on the map when in create enquiry mode. This would benefit users who need to lodge large or complex dig enquiries that need to be broken up into multiple dig site shapes. Having any recent enquiries displayed while drawing shows areas where enquiries have already been lodged.

    This feature was recently added to SmarterWX Locate and is available exclusively as part of our new interface. Users can choose 'Show recents' when creating an enquiry and recent enquiries will be indicated on the map while sketching a dig site.
